  • Dry needling involves inserting thin, fine needles into trigger points or muscle knots to help relieve pain and improve muscle function. It’s often used to treat musculoskeletal pain, especially in cases of chronic pain, muscle tightness, and dysfunction. Benefits from dry needling can be experienced immediately or over a few days to weeks. This technique is often combined with other modalities to improve overall function and decrease the chance of the problem reoccurring.

  • Suction cups are placed on the skin to create a vacuum effect, which helps improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote healing by drawing blood flow to specific areas of the body.

  • The Graston Technique is a form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) that uses specialized stainless-steel tools to detect and treat areas of muscle, tendon, and fascia that are restricted or have scar tissue. The therapist uses the tools to apply targeted pressure and friction, helping to break down adhesions, improve blood flow, reduce pain, and enhance mobility by stimulating the body’s healing response. It’s commonly used for conditions like tendonitis, muscle strains, and fascia-related issues

  • A pneumatic compression leg massager uses controlled pressure to help increase circulation, reduce swelling, and provide relief from muscle fatigue. This type of therapy is often used for conditions like poor circulation, edema, or just general soreness after long periods of standing or physical activity

  • Kinesiology Taping (K-taping) is a therapeutic technique that involves applying a special, stretchy tape to the skin in a specific pattern. It's designed to help with pain relief, reduce inflammation/swelling, support muscles and joints, and aid in injury recovery. Kinesiology tape allows for a greater range of motion while still providing support.

  • Extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) uses high-energy acoustic waves to promote healing and reduce pain. Experience rapid alleviation of joint and muscle pain from prolonged sedentary work and occupational diseases, effective and quick recovery for sports-related muscle injuries and significantly reduces pain from bone inflammation. ESWT stimulates tissue cell regeneration and promotes blood vessel proliferation, aiding in various recovery processes and enhancing overall tissue health. Great for those with stubborn cases such as chronic tendonitis, plantar fasciitis and multi-joint osteoarthritis.

  • Have a gnarly headache? Knots between your shoulder blades? Perhaps you can’t stop rubbing the tops of your shoulders or low back. Alleviate painful tension through targeted therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, stretching/mobility exercises and postural re-training. Get yourself feeling brand new!
